Members' Meeting: Healthy Habits Challenge

The October theme for the Student Alliance for Mental Health is "shaping your mental health" and as such, we decided to kick it off with a challenge. We've all had those regular healthy habits that we used to maintain daily, such as running in the morning, dancing for fun, or staying connected with you best friends back home. However, as life gets busy, we start skipping out on them and eventually forget about them. In this member meeting, we will work in groups to redefine those healthy habits and challenge you to try applying them to your life throughout the course of the week.
