Mental Health O-Week! Do you consider yourself an advocate for issues in mental health and illness? Are you interested in learning about the various facets of mental health on and off campus?

SAMH is excited to present a weeklong series of FREE workshops and events geared to educate participants on the different aspects of mental health and illness. Come out and enjoy these interactive workshops, regardless of your level of expertise on the subjects!

Let's kick the year off by raising awareness about good mental health practices. Bring your friends - we guarantee you'll benefit from (and have a great time at) Mental Health Orientation Week 2016!

On Thursday evening, we'll be coming together at Rooster's Coffeehouse ( for poetry, spoken word, song, and disussions around mental health and mental illness.

Come out and showcase your talents, support your friends, or just enjoy the good vibes as we end the series of workshops with some great art, and even better company.
