** Healthy Habits Challenge!

Our theme for this month is shaping our mental health. We have decided to kick off with a challenge on Tuesday October 4th at 6:30 in Southam 506. We've all had those regular healthy habits in our daily lives, like running in the morning, dancing for fun, or even staying connected with your best friends back home. However, one day, we became busy and skipped them. After a month, these "healthy habits" are long-forgotten. In this meeting, we will work in groups to recover these habits and challenge ourselves to reapply them to our lives for a week. Later on in the month, we will continue our theme with activities like a scavenger hunt and meal prep!
